Winter is here...
After a long and late harvest season all 2011 wines are now finishing malolactic fermentation in barrels. We have again produced two Pinot Noirs this year, one from Fiddlestix Vineyard in Santa Rita Hills and a new one from Solomon Hills in Santa Maria Valley.
In the vineyard the vines are dormant awaiting pruning in a couple of months.
