East Knoll Cuvee, 2005
58% Syrah cofermented with 42% Zinfandel and aged 20 month in American and French oak barrels. 220 cases produced.
Tasting notes: Fermenting these two varietals together created magic. The aroma is a pot-pourri of dried flowers, violets and dark spices with earthy tones. A silky texture with hints of wild raspberries leads to an elegant finish with balanced acidity. $32.00


Cuvée des Trois Cépages, 2005
59% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Cabernet Franc and 18% Merlot, aged 20 months in French oak barrels. 240 cases produced.
Tasting notes: Classic Bordeaux style wine; From the aroma on, there is a cascade of black fruit, blackberry, cassis and licorice; Supple tannins with hints of tobacco leaf and vanilla lead to a gracious finish. $42.00 Sold out.


Cuvée des Artistes, 2005
52% Syrah, 38% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Zinfandel, aged 20 months in American, Hungarian and French oak barrels. 258 cases produced.
Tasting notes: Upon release the wine is bright with red currant and black cherry aromas. A dusty cedar note leads to complex oak flavors in the mouth, complemented by a peppery licorice finish. $38.00



Pinot Noir, Santa Rita Hills, 2006 (Just Released)
From Fiddlestix Vineyard. 15% Whole cluster fermentation; aged 14 months in French oak barrels. 145 cases produced.
Tasting notes: Spicy aromas of dried rose petals, violets, and a hint of smoke lead to blackberry and cherry fruit flavors on the palate.  The elegance and harmonious balance of acidity shown by this young wine are a promise of great aging potential. $48.00

All our wines are unfined and unfiltered. At this time they are all showing a harmonious maturity with supple tannins, ready to drink as soon as released. However, a little bottle aging will allow them to develop a more complex aroma and depth in their individual flavors.
